USING JEMMWORKS IS
EASY, FUN, AND INTUITIVE
To start, each employee is given a monthly budget of jemms. Jemms are the currency used on the Jemmworks platform to select from 1,000+ available classes, activities, products, and services.
Don't worry, jemms aren't complicated.
Each jemm is worth $5. If an employee has a monthly budget of 20 jemms, that's just a more fun way of saying they can spend up to $100.
Employees click on the GET IT! button to make a purchase, and the jemms are deducted from their account. It’s easy and instantaneous.

The monetary value of a jemm is $5.
Each employee receives a set budget of jemms - usually 20 to 60 per month, depending on their employer’s chosen Price Plan.
Jemms are paid for by the employer at the beginning of each month.
