HOW THE JEMMWORKS COMPREHENSIVE LIFE IMPROVEMENT PLATFORM (CLIP) WORKS
Each month, employees log on to the Jemmworks platform to select from thousands of classes, activities, products, industry talks, and more. The number of purchases employees can make per month (i.e. the total amount of jemms they can spend) depends on their employer's chosen price plan.
JEMMS MAKE SPENDING FUN AND SOCIAL
Employees pay for everything on the Jemmworks platform with a currency called jemms. One jemm equals $5. This is our gamified system that makes it fun for employees to spend their monthly well-being budget.
Example: If an employee has a monthly budget of 20 jemms, that means they can spend up to $100 ($5 x 20 = $100).
WELL-BEING HAPPENS IN REAL-TIME
Employees click on the GET IT! Button to make a purchase, and the jemms are deducted from their account. It's easy and instantaneous. Unused jemms carry over to the next month, so employees aren't pressured to "use or lose" their well-deserved benefit.
